As part of our receiving process, we will receive your client’s furniture from the freight company, carefully unpack, inventory, and inspect each piece. Attention to detail is key.

Any discrepancies will be noted on the Bill of Lading and Receiving Report. Designer will be notified and pictures of damages/discrepancies will be provided. We can schedule repairs with our repairman if needed.
 

Included in our delivery service is basic assembly, wipe down of furniture, trash disposal, and delivery to your client’s home or office.

***Upon request and an additional fee, we will move your client's old furniture out of the space where the new pieces are going.
